Our goals

To enable individuals and families to feel empowered in creating a safer and happier home environment.

Support

Supporting those affected by domestic abuse across the Northwest of England

Prevent

Working to improve the circumstances within communities that lead to difficult home environments

What we do

AIM Northwest is a registered charity that specialises in supporting:

  • those who have been, or are experiencing the effects of domestic abuse
  • children who have been, or are experiencing the effects of domestic abuse
  • those who are offenders, ex-offenders or at risk of offending in relation to domestic abuse or other offending.

By empowering victims to keep safe and by supporting the rehabilitation of those who perpetrate, we aim to support safer relationships and home environments for individuals, families and their communities.

Get Involved

Help us to help others, every contribution helps.

Volunteers

We are currently looking for volunteer mentors to support victims of domestic abuse and also volunteers to help fundraise.

Interested in volunteering with us? Email us at volunteers@aimnorthwest.org.uk

Donations

We are currently looking for cash donations to help us support more people, whether it is a one-off or more regular support.

£5 provides a peer support mentor to an individual who requires emotional and practical support due to domestic abuse for one month.

Raise vital funds for a place we can call home for our volunteers, a base to run our support services from & manage our online charity shop. HOME is where the heart is

We have launched our online charity shop and would be grateful for donations of items to sell to raise valuable funds.
